The Client

runDisney® organizes races that bring the magic of Disney to runners of all skill levels, offering themed events both in-park and virtually. Their races are known for their collectible medals, immersive experiences, and strong connection to Disney storytelling.


The Project

I was tasked with designing the medals for the runDisney® Virtual Love on the Run 14-Miler, along with the event logo and a commemorative magnet included in the virtual race box. The goal was to create a design that felt fun, energetic, and true to the race’s theme while aligning with runDisney’s signature style.
The Results

The final medal, logo, and magnet designs helped bring the Love on the Run 14-Miler theme to life, giving participants a special way to commemorate their race. Since this was a virtual event, the goal was to create materials that made runners feel connected to the experience, even from home. The designs aimed to capture the excitement of runDisney while providing a meaningful keepsake for those who took part.

Awards

The medal designs were recognized with a Silver ADDY Award in the Sales & Marketing category at the 2025 American Advertising Awards Orlando.
